1. Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship orders within Australia only.
All orders are dispatched via Australia Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location, unless Free Shipping applies (see below).
2. Processing & Dispatch Timeframes
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2–4 business days of purchase. During peak periods, promotional events, restocks, or holidays, dispatch times may be extended.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping timeframes provided by Australia Post.
3. Free Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 AUD within Australia.
Orders below this threshold will incur a shipping fee as displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates provided at checkout are Australia Post estimates only and may vary depending on your location, public holidays, seasonal volume, or unforeseen carrier delays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
5. Authority to Leave (ATL)
Customers may choose Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout. By selecting ATL, you authorise the parcel to be left in a safe location without a signature if you are not available at the time of delivery.
If ATL is selected, you acknowledge and agree that risk and responsibility pass to you once the parcel is delivered, and we are not liable for loss, theft, or damage after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
If ATL is not selected, a signature will be required, and redelivery or collection may apply if no one is available at the address.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or misdelivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@wellnessstylecollective.com. While we will make every effort to assist before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
7. Delayed, Lost, or Missing Parcels
If a parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, customers must lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. We will assist where possible, however:

We are not responsible for parcels lost due to ATL being selected.

We are not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or events outside our control.
A replacement or credit may only be issued in accordance with Australia Post’s investigation outcome and our internal assessment.
8. Items Returned to Sender
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or failure to collect from a post office, the customer is responsible for paying a re-delivery fee.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for returned-to-sender parcels.
9. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are managed by Australia Post.
10. Damaged Parcels on Arrival
If an order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
